Santa Rosa Beekeeping Ordinance: Current draft of proposed ordinance. This is not yet in effect. Potentially done by end of 2026.
Food and Agriculture Code regarding "rewilding" honey bees: This is a letter from State of California Department of Food and Agriculture, dated February 2026, in regards to installing man made structures, for the purpose of "Rewilding" honeybees, that are not managed and do not contain removeable frames.
